"These guys are AWESOME!!! Service and Parts Dept. are top shelf. Robert, Steve, Herb, and ALL the guys in Service and Parts go the extra mile to make your experience a warm and welcome one. The bottom line is they care about your satisfaction and the experience you have with them. They saved my 97 Ultra Classic 125th Shriner's Anniversary Edition bike. Another dealer had the bike and gave me an estimate to repair the wreck at $10,880.71. The insurance company wanted to total the bike. After an issue with the first dealer, the insurance company allowed me to get a second estimate. I loaded the bike up and to Slidell I went. The rest is history. It is on the road with an estimate that was HALF of what the first was. These guys are AWESOME!!!!!! "

"Hi my name is Renee and I just wanted to say that my husband Ken and I are back as loyal customers because of your service dept. We have purchased 3 HD's from the Northshore HD prior to Mike Bruno taking it over. We had poor service from the service dept. so we took our business to the Baton Rouge HD, then we started going to the Hammond HD. They had my son's bike for 2 weeks before telling us that it would be an additional 20 days before they could start on his 1000 mile service and fix the clutch that they had serviced a few months ago. When I called your service dept. I was treated with respect and was told if I wanted I could bring it in the next day! WOW that is service, I just left your store and the service man was terrific I did not get his name. Thanks and it good to be back. "
