"After having a horrific experience at another dealer, I walked into Northshore Harley and met Mr. Herb & Thad back in parts. Let me start by saying these 2 guys are incredible, and are an invaluable asset to the company. They went out of their way and then some, to find me the "stock" style cable for the new handlebars I bought from them. When they found an error in the catalog, Mr. Herb went to each bike on the floor and measured cables until he found the ones that would work for my application. These 2 gentlemen have my business from now on, no question. After the parts arrived, the Service Dept. had me in there with an appointment that fit my schedule, and had me out in a day. "After yrs of having jap bikes, I decided to get a Harley RKC or so I thought! Upon entering the store, I was greeted my Mike Landry. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and pulled out of stock two different bikes, brought them in the yard and we were ready for a test cruise. Well, I didn't buy at that time. I took a week to sleep on it, then call back. I asked him some techincal questions a/b the bike then asked him a/b the 48's. He said they're in! So I came in, bought one w/ his help and Jason in F&I. Both guys made my buying experience a most pleasant and enjoyable one. I will definitely go back and buy again in the future! How I lived w/o a Harley all those years is beyond me! "Once again the staff at Northshore does it again! I went in to have the front tire checked due to some abnormal cupping and Cornbread (aka Kris Brown to his momma), Steve Hotard and the rest of the guys in the service dept, got me set up with a new front tire! In less than a half hour, I was back on the road with new rubber and the best part- ZERO cost to me! I also don't want to leave out Fozzy Fosnough and Thad Patin in parts, every time I've been at the parts counter, those two get me what I need, fast and friendly. I hope you read this Mike, because you have one hell of a staff at the Northshore dealership! " After doing some motorcycle shopping, I called Northshore Harley Davidson in Slidell, La. One hour and forty minute's later I walked in the door of Northshore Harley and was met by salesman Jay Grant with a handshake and smile. Jay walked me back into the dealership and showed me the Road King we talked about on the phone. We then walked around and looked at several more Harleys, until I decided which one I wanted to select, not just the one someone was trying to get me to select. I bought a 2007 Road King Classic, was introduced to the Northshore Harley staff, what a great bunch of folk's to deal with. If you want to purchase a new or used Harley give Northshore Harley serious thought, these people are about working with a customer and making their customer satisified in every phase of buying a Harley. "I did not walk in to buy a new bike but that is the way it worked out. When I say "worked," the sales staff and Marc busted their butts to make the deal. They have my respect, admiration and thanks for putting my big butt on the finest thing on two wheels. An unexpected day off found me at the service door for my 1,000 mile service, just hoping to get it done sometime that day. Well it turned out better than I could have hoped for, they took me right in and I was out before lunch. I have not had an experience like that, even with an appointment at another dealer.One more thing the guys in parts and accessories have never disappointed, even with a $5.00 item, they stop what they are doing and walk accross the store to make sure I get the correct item. "These guys are AWESOME!!! Service and Parts Dept. are top shelf. Robert, Steve, Herb, and ALL the guys in Service and Parts go the extra mile to make your experience a warm and welcome one. The bottom line is they care about your satisfaction and the experience you have with them. They saved my 97 Ultra Classic 125th Shriner's Anniversary Edition bike. Another dealer had the bike and gave me an estimate to repair the wreck at $10,880.71. The insurance company wanted to total the bike. After an issue with the first dealer, the insurance company allowed me to get a second estimate. I loaded the bike up and to Slidell I went. The rest is history. It is on the road with an estimate that was HALF of what the first was. These guys are AWESOME!!!!!! "

"Hi my name is Renee and I just wanted to say that my husband Ken and I are back as loyal customers because of your service dept. We have purchased 3 HD's from the Northshore HD prior to Mike Bruno taking it over. We had poor service from the service dept. so we took our business to the Baton Rouge HD, then we started going to the Hammond HD. They had my son's bike for 2 weeks before telling us that it would be an additional 20 days before they could start on his 1000 mile service and fix the clutch that they had serviced a few months ago. When I called your service dept. I was treated with respect and was told if I wanted I could bring it in the next day! WOW that is service, I just left your store and the service man was terrific I did not get his name. Thanks and it good to be back. "
