Great interaction
I walked in and Jay meet us and took the time to show us the Pan America as I was interested in one. After that he went over different cruisers with me and took the time explaining the differences and pulled a few outside just to show off the color. He was well informed and made the customer experience great. When it was time to purchase the bike Mike, the general manager helped out after I made it aware I was unhappy with the figures being discussed. This lead to a quick interaction for the purchase. The next morning they delivered the bike and picked up my trades. The real question everyone wants to know is would I buy again and I would say yes as Jay and Mike, GM, treated me with respect.
