Where do I start? The entire team are the best, Jay, Malcom, TJ and Brian were the workhorses that got the ball rolling on a beautiful 2010 Softail Custom, then off to Mike who sealed the deal. These guys are fun, professional and informative making the whole experience effortless, they literally made me feel like family. In fact, the experience was so good I went back and picked up a brand new 2023 Street Glide for the long rides. The service department are second to none, they took the time to tweak the bikes to make sure they were a perfect fit for me and the wife. Shout out to Bubba for deliveries right to my front door. Can't forget parts, Fozzy really knows his stuff, he has already begun helping me with the typical 3 year journey on customizing my new rides. Can't forget the beautiful ladies of apparel, they are the first people to great you as you walk thru the door, always smiling making you feel welcome, not to mention helping you get your HD merch on. Last but not least, a huge shout out to George and Brenda at the Riding Academy. If you are a new rider or a grizzled vet, I highly recommend taking their riding class. I've had my motorcycle license since I was 16 (now 58) but because I was off a bike for many years I decided to take the class, and I'm here to tell you their training put me in a much safer place with 2 tires down. If you're thinking of buying your first bike or upgrading to something new I encourage anyone to make Mike Bruno's Northshore HD your first choice. Trust me they are the only choice. I took the beginners course in the Riding Academy in November of last year. Can't say enough about the program or the instructors that Mike Bruno's supplied!!! Patient, more than capable of handling all of us and knowledgeable beyond what would have been necessary to get us through the course!! While I may not be in a position to afford a Harley right now, the bikes Mike Bruno's supplied for the course definitely wet my appetite for one!!

Ive been a customer of Mike Brunos for 9 months now for service and parts. But the time finally came to trade my bike in. Zack and Ryann were very approachable, reasonable, and not at all pushy. From start to finish, the process was smooth, comfortable, and transparent. In the end, I had a deal I couldnt refuse. When all was said and done and it was time to sign the dotted line, I gotta say, Mike Landry is the most organized finance guy Ive ever seen. My dude had me in and out in minutes with everything fully explained. Again, the level of comfort and transparency was unmatched. In all my years of buying vehicles (motorcycle and auto) Ive never seen a dealer come close to these guys. They truly have a genuine concern for their customer base and have their priorities in order. I work in retail and Ive been annoyed by car sales associates, however, yesterday Zack showed me how true customer service and sales should be. Zack not only was friendly, knowledgeable, but it was as if we knew him as childhood friends. If he didnt know the answer to something he was on google and you tube looking up the answer faster than I could type it in myself. And most times it takes forever with paperwork and processes but Zack was constantly taking care of us and getting the process moved smoothly. He even checked in on us several hours later to see how the ride home was and if everything was ok. Again I say TRUE customer service that is rarely found!! As Rick has been my salesman since 2007, I called to inform him I was on my way to the dealership. Mikey informed me that Rick was on vacation and said , come see me. When I arrived, Mikey, Jay, and Anastasia met me out front. I looked at several bikes while Mikey asked what I want and how they may help me. After careful consideration, and the realization of how exceptionally clean the 2012 ultra limited is, Malcom engaged and took me out on the road for a test ride. The bike performed as expected. When we returned to the dealership, Brian and Susan were busy making numbers work. As I sat there, pondering the possibility that this maybe the one to push my wife over the edge and cost me my life, Ryan jokingly asked why I didn't call her... Off to play poker and Fozzy informed Mikey the sale was costing him a parts sale for the FXBB, which was being returned... As always, the crew made buying a bike a fun and relaxing .
